What You'll Do
As a Pack Guide, you'll be right in the mix:
You're not clocking in and zoning out. You're part of the experience.
Who Fits Here
We're not looking for a resume full of certifications. We're looking for the right energy and the right heart.
You'll probably love this if you:
- ✓Have spent real time around dogs (training, volunteering, your own pack, shelter, daycare — whatever)
- ✓Stay cool when things get chaotic
- ✓Show up on time and follow through
- ✓Have a valid driver's license
- ✓Can handle being active and outside in all kinds of weather
- ✓Like being part of a team but can also handle your own
Bonus points if you:
- ★Know a thing or two about dog behavior
- ★Have driven larger vehicles before
- ★Love the outdoors (hiking, camping, that kind of thing)
- ★Are first aid or CPR trained
Who this isn't for:
✕You need someone else to tell you what to do every five minutes
✕You're not great with showing up consistently
✕You freeze up or get frustrated when dogs don't listen
✕You're just looking for "any job" and dogs happen to be involved
We need people who can lead with calm confidence and actually care.

The Real Talk
Here's what the day-to-day actually looks like:
Early starts
We're rolling by 7:30 AM for pickups
Outside in all seasons
Sun, rain, snow — we adapt and keep going
Active work
You'll be moving, lifting, walking, managing energy
Big responsibility
These are people's family members, and we treat them that way
